Since then, we have secured numerous contracts with one of the United Kingdom’s largest warranty providers and, in more recent years, expanded our partnerships to include local housing associations and housebuilders. This growth has positioned Vendcare Limited as one of the leading remedial works contractors in the Northwest and North Wales.

With over 350 claims handled annually, we specialize in investigating, planning, executing, and resolving issues within domestic dwellings. Our expertise covers a wide spectrum of projects, from minor water ingress claims to complex and challenging cases, such as major subsidence requiring underpinning or ground stabilization remediation.

For larger claims, we maintain strong working relationships with specialist contractors, including foundation specialists and piling companies. We manage the entire process, providing enabling works, project management, and reinstatement services to ensure a seamless and efficient resolution.
